1. To make a call, from the Start screen, select the Phone tile.
   
2. Select the Dial pad icon to get to the phone’s dial pad.
   
3. Dial the Desired number, then select Call.
   
4. To answer an incoming call, select Answer.
   Note: Alternatively, when answering a call from the lock screen, Swipe up.
   
5. To decline an incoming call, select Ignore.
   
6. To reject an incoming call and reply with a text message, select Text reply.
   
7. Select the Desired message to send it.
   Note: To create or edit text message replies from the Start screen, select Phone > Menu icon > Settings > Change more settings for Phone > Edit replies.
   
8. When connected to a call, the active call information will display in the notification bar.  Select to return to phone function.
