App Troubleshooting

Clear app cache, force stop an app, check for app update, remove and reinstall an app to improve your app and device performance.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. CLEAR APP CACHE: Swipe down from the Notificaiton bar, then select the Settings icon > select Applications > select the desired app then select Storage > select CLEAR CACHE.

  2. FORCE STOP AN APP: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings iconApps > select the desired appFORCE STOP. Select FORCE STOP to confirm.

  3. CHECK FOR APP UPDATE:  From the home screen, select the Play Store. Select the Menu icon > select My apps and games > select the desired app you would like to update then select UPDATE.

  4. REMOVE AN APP: From the home screen, select the Play Store. Select the Menu icon > select My apps and games > select the desired app you would like to uninstal then select UNINSTALL. Select OK to confirm.

  5. RE-INSTALL AN APP: From the home screen, select the Play store. Search the desired application, then select INSTALL
