1. Go to the management web site at http://attusbmodem or http://192.168.1.1. and click Settings on the menu.
   
2. Click Advanced > Device Reset.
   
3. Click Reset.
   
4. Click Yes to confirm. 
   Note: If you reset the device to factory settings, all of your customizations will be lost.
