1. From the home screen, select the apps tray Apps icon to access the Apps tray. 

2. Select the tools folder Tools folder, then select the file commander File Commander app. 

Note: Review the File Commander prompt then select Continue. 

3. Select Downloads. Downloaded files will be displayed.
