Learn how to activate AT&T service and use the AT&T AllAccess app.

Starting December 31, 2022, the AT&T AllAccess app is going away, and we’re improving how you manage your device’s mobile hotspot. Hotspot controls are moving to the device network settings, and now you can view usage and notifications on your myAT&T account page—no separate app needed. For more details on what’s changing, go to att.com/AllAccessSunset.
1. From the home screen, select the AT&T folder then select the AT&T AllAccess app.

Note: If prompted, review the Terms and Conditions, then select ACCEPT. Learn how to Activate service on your device or SIM.

2. Upon first access, you will be prompted to activate the app. Select OK.

3. Review the permissions, then select CONTINUE.

Note: Review the location access prompt, then select the desired option.

4. AT&T service and the AT&T All Access app are now activated.
