Set up voicemail.

View Access voicemail messages for tips to manage your voicemail. Go to Troubleshoot Voicemail for solutions to common voicemail problems.
1. From the clock screen, press the Home button. Select the 
 Phone app.Â
 Phone app. Note: NumberSync must be enabled in order to use Voicemail on the device. When NumberSync is enabled, calls to the primary device will be routed to the primary voicemail box.Â

2. Select the Keypad icon, then select and hold the 1 key. Follow the phone prompts to complete set up.Â
Note: If prompted, enter your voicemail password, then follow the prompts to set up your voicemail. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access voicemail until you reset your voicemail password. See the Change or Reset Voicemail Password tutorial for more information.Â
