The AT&T Voice DNA℠ Administrator tool is an application that allows your Company Administrator to provision end users with AT&T Voice DNA℠ Service, grant access to appropriate individuals, and maintain the service features. Your Company Administrator is selected from within your own company; you can have multiple administrators, each responsible for a separate set of employees.
To access the AT&T Voice DNA℠ Administrator tool, select Tools from the AT&T BusinessDirect navigation bar. Under
Network Management, select Use Voice DNA℠ Administrator.Some of the key functions that you can perform using this tool are:
- Adding employees so they can use the AT&T Voice DNA℠ Service; granting access permissions; assigning features and telephone numbers; and configuring IP phones, faxes and other devices.
- Creating and maintaining a company-wide directory of contacts.
- Designating additional employees to serve as AT&T Voice DNA℠ Company Administrators within your company and assigning them specific groups of employees to monitor, if necessary.
- Creating customized classes of service, call groups and hunt groups, call distribution queues, etc.
- Creating custom dial plans.
