The AT&T Analyze and Monitor Call Data tool is a network performance-reporting tool on the secure AT&T BusinessDirect® Portal that enables customers to monitor calls to their toll-free number(s) and to get call-by-call detail on these incoming calls within 5 to 15 minutes of call completion. The tool also provides call detail on outbound calls carried over dedicated facilities under AT&T UniPlan Service and AT&T Business Network (ABN) Service contracts.
The information provided by the Analyze and Monitor Call Data tool includes the 10-digit phone number of the caller, which is captured even if the caller is not successfully connected. The tool also provides information on call completion rates as well as call disposition, such as reaching a busy signal, ringing with no answer, disconnecting while waiting on hold, etc.
The AT&T Analyze and Monitor Call Data tool can provide information that enables you to:
- Raise awareness of call completion rates in your call centers or business locations.
- Contact those who hang up before being successfully connected, and potentially recover what would otherwise be lost revenue.
