AT&T BusinessDirect^® passwords must adhere to the following rules:

• Your password must be 8-16 characters.
• Your password must include at least two alpha characters (a-z) and two numeric characters (0-9).
• Your password cannot be the same as your user ID and cannot include your user ID.
• Special characters, such as @, #, and + are permitted.
• Your password must be changed every 180 days.
