You can report a network trouble from the AT&T eMaintenance home page, which you can access by clicking on Report and Track Troubles from the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page.
If you use AT&T eMaintenance for Transport Services (voice and data services), go to Report a Trouble on the right side of the screen, enter your information, and click on Submit. Alternatively, you can report a network trouble by clicking on the appropriate category (e.g., Circuits/Create Ticket) on the top blue navigation bar on the home page.
If you use AT&T eMaintenance for Managed Services, click on Create a Ticket on the home page, enter the required information, and click on Submit.
