Can I turn off the Customer Satisfaction Survey request?

While there is no way to turn off the survey request, we certainly understand some of our customers do not have the time or interest to complete a survey. If you do not wish to take part in the survey, simply decline the invitation. Whether you accept or decline the survey invitation, your response will be recorded, as long as you do not clear your computer's cache and cookies, and you will not be prompted about the survey again for at least 90 days
