From the AT&T eMaintenance home page, go to the "Alarms and Testing" box on the left, and click on Check Alarm. Select one of the various input criteria - circuit ID, circuit alias or DLCI - and enter the appropriate information. Then click on Submit. Proceed with the form that pops up, selecting the location and clicking on Submit. Alarm information will appear for the circuit location selected.

Alternatively, you can select Circuits/Create a Ticket in the top blue navigation bar of the AT&T eMaintenance home page, and use the "Wild Card Search String" to find the circuit.
