If you have AT&T eMaintenance for Transport Services (i.e., voice and data services) from the Tool's home page, scroll down to Check Ticket Status and either enter a ticket number or a ticket alias to conduct your search. Or, you can choose the Ticket Status tab in the main menu bar and then do a search by ticket number on the Work with Tickets screen that comes up after you choose this menu bar option.
If you have AT&T eMaintenance for Managed Services, you can choose Search Ticket from the home page and then input the ticket number in your search parameters to find it
