When you issue a total location disconnect order in the AT&T eOrder tool, the dedicated voice circuits, trunk sub groups, subscribed services, and dialed numbers will be disconnected for a specific Customer Premise Common Language Location Identifier (CPCLLI). However, a single service address can have more than one CPCLLI. In this case, the CPCLLI locations will be listed separately in the AT&T eOrder tool when your service address inventory is displayed. For example, ISDN will be listed separately from non-ISDN. You must issue a separate order for each CPCLLI listed for your service address to totally disconnect that service address.
If the service address has any Toll-Free Advanced Features (999 sub-account) a separate order must be issued through our AT&T Account Team to disconnect this sub-account. The AT&T eOrder tool does not that type of order at this time.
