Is there a way to learn the status of a trouble ticket other than logging in to AT&T BusinessDirect?

Yes. If you use AT&T eMaintenance for Transport Services (i.e., voice and data services) you can set up the Message Notification feature either before or after you have created a trouble ticket. With this feature, you can designate up to 20 e-mail, pager, or cellular text phone addresses to receive notification when trouble tickets are updated.

If you use AT&T eMaintenance for Managed Services, you can check the appropriate address box when you create the ticket. On an existing trouble ticket, you can enter the e-mail address while you are viewing the ticket, and use the e-Mail Notification radio buttons for Yes or No.
