Turning off screen animations to reduce motion
You can turn off all on-screen animations on your device to help address any viewing issues you may be experiencing.
1.
From within the Settings app, scroll to and tap Accessibility.

Tap Color and motion.
3.
Tap the Remove animations switch to ON.
