Suspending and reconnecting a device's wireless service
You can temporarily suspend a line from service. Once you are ready, you can enable the line again.
1.
From the Services tab, select the device you'd like to view.
2.
Tap Manage.
3.
Tap Suspend wireless service.
4.
Scroll to Suspend wireless service and select why you want to suspend this device's service.
5.
Tap Suspend wireless service.
6.
To reactivate your device's service, tap the Blue back button.
7.
Tap Reactivate it now.
8.
You've completed the steps!
