Cancelling and requesting a refund for a subscription in Google Play
Cancelling a subscription stops future payments for a service you no longer need. Requesting a refund allows you to get your money back for a charge that was unauthorized or for a purchase that didn't meet the promised expectations.

From the Play Store app main screen, tap the Account icon.

Tap Payments & subscriptions.
3.
Tap Subscriptions.
4.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5.
Tap Cancel subscription.
6.
Tap the Select a reason for canceling dropdown.
7.
Select your cancellation reason.
Depending on your choice, you may be prompted to explain your reasoning in more detail.
8.
Tap Cancel subscription.
To request a subscription refund, visit your Budget & order history after cancelling to see if a refund is an option for the cancelled subscription. If not, visit the Google Play Help site to request a refund.
