Inserting and removing the nano SIM card
Learn how to insert, remove, and replace a SIM card in your device.
1.
With your device turned off, remove the back cover by sliding from back to front.
You must have a nano SIM card inserted in your phone to place calls, access the internet, download apps and share pictures over your carrier's network.
2.
Remove the battery using the finger notch.
3.
Slide the nano SIM card in or out of the slot with the gold contacts facing the device.
A nano SIM card may already be inserted in your device.
4.
Replace the battery, matching the contacts on the battery with the contacts in the battery slot.
5.
Replace the bottom cover, lining up the notches and sliding from front to back.
6.
You've completed the steps!
