Learn how to set up your voicemail inbox.

You can only set up your voicemail password from your paired device. Once AT&T NumberSync is enabled, unanswered calls will route to the paired device's voicemail. You will not be able to set up voicemail when using Wi-Fi calling.
1. To set up your voicemail on the primary device, from the home screen select the

Phone app.Note: Alternatively, you can set up voicemail by selecting and holding the 1 key from the Phone app. If prompted, enter your voicemail password, then follow the prompts to set up your voicemail. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.

2. Select the Voicemail tab, then select Set Up.Â
3. Enter a 4 to 15 digit voicemail password, then select Done.Â
4. Re-enter your voicemail password, then select Done.Â

5. Select Default to use the default greeting. Select Custom to record a custom greeting. When finished, select Done.Â
6. Your voicemail inbox will be displayed.Â
