1. From the Start screen, swipe left.
   
2. Scroll to, then tap Settings.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap ease of access.
   
4. Tap the desired feature.
   
5. Tap the Narrator switch to enable Narrator.
   
6. To turn Narrator off, tap to select the Narrator switch.
   
7. Double-tap the Narrator switch to disable.
   Note: Alternatively, disable Narrator from any screen by pressing and holding the Volume-up key, then pressing the Start button.
