1. Use the original charger to maintain optimal battery performance over the life of your device.
   
2. To charge the battery the fastest, plug the microUSB 2.0 cable that came with the phone into the port at the bottom of the device.
   
3. Plug the opposite end of the microUSB 2.0 cable into the A/C Power Adapter, then plug it into a wall outlet.
   
4. You can also plug the microUSB 2.0 cable into your laptop USB port to charge your device however it will charge slower than a wall outlet.
   
5. When the device is charging, the Battery Charging icon will be displayed in the notifications bar.
   
6. When the device is fully charged, the Battery Charged icon will display in the notifications bar.
