1. To perform a Master reset, from the home screen, tap Settings.
   Note: A factory data reset will remove all personal data from the device and restore it to factory settings. This action cannot be reversed.
   
2. Scroll to, then tap Backup and reset.
   
3. Tap Factory data reset.
   
4. Tap Reset device.
   
5. Tap Delete all.
   
6. If unable to reset the device using the above steps, try the alternate master reset method by first powering the device off.
   
7. When powered off, press and hold the Power key, Volume Up Key, and Home Key at the same time.
   
8. As soon as "RECOVERY BOOTING..." appears at the top of the display, release the keys.
   
9. Press the Volume Down key until "Wipe data/factory reset" is highlighted, and then press the Power key.
   
10. Press the Volume Down key until "Yes - delete all user data" is highlighted, and then press the Power key.
    
11. Please wait while your tablet data is cleared. When finished, press the Power key to reboot your phone.
