1. If a SIM is not in the device the Missing SIM icon will display.
   
2. Using the provided screwdriver, remove the screws completely.
   
3. Remove the Headset port cover and SIM cover.
   
4. Insert the pin into the pinhole and press down.
   
5. Use the pin to hook into the loop on top of the SIM card tray and remove the tray.
   
6. Insert the Micro-SIM card in the tray and push the tray back into the slot.
   Note: Make sure the pinhole is aligned next to the headset port.
   
7. Secure both covers and screws in place using the provided screwdriver.
