1. From the home screen, tap Email.
   
2. Press the Menu key.
   
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. To change settings for all accounts, tap the desired option under 'GENERAL SETTINGS'. To changes settings for a specific account, tap the desired email account.
   Note: For this demonstration, tap the email account.
   
5. To change email account incoming and outgoing server settings, scroll to, then tap Incoming settings or Outgoing settings.
   
6. To change email signature, scroll up and then tap Signature.
   
7. Enter the desired signature, then tap OK.
   
8. To change email sync frequency, Scroll to, then tap Sync frequency.
   
9. Tap the desired option.
   
10. To add additional email accounts, from the Email settings screen, tap ADD ACCOUNT.
    
11. To delete an email account, from the home screen, press the Menu key.
    
12. Tap System settings.
    
13. Scroll to, then tap the desired account.
    
14. Tap the desired email account.
    
15. Press the Menu key.
    
16. Tap Remove account.
    
17. Tap Remove account.
