Change or reset voicemail password

This article describes how to change or reset the visual voicemail password.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
    Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.

  2. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.

  3. Tap the Settings icon.

  4. Tap Phone.

  5. Tap Set up voicemail.

  6. Tap Voicemail PIN.
