1. To access visual voicemail, tap the Phone tile on the Start screen.
   
2. Swipe left to Swipe left to Visual Voicemail.
   
3. Tap the Desired phone number to listen to voicemail.
   
4. Tap options to play/pause voicemail, delete voicemail, return call, or view caller details.
