1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Visual Voicemail.
   Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
3. To listen to a voicemail, tap the desired voicemail and press the Play icon.
   
4. Tap the Pause icon to pause the voicemail. Tap the Play icon to resume playing.
   
5. Tap Call Back to return the call.
   
6. Tap Delete to delete the voicemail.
   
7. To save, share, or export a voicemail, press the Menu key and select the desired option.
   
8. Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key / Tap the Voicemail icon > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
