1. To access Visual voicemail, from the Apps list, select the Visual Voicemail app.
   Note: To access Visual voicemail, you must have already Set Up Voicemail. Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by selecting the Phone icon from the home screen > select and hold the 1 key > if prompted, Enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
2. Select the Desired voicemail.
   
3. To listen to the voicemail, select the Play icon.
   
4. To stop the voicemail, select the Stop icon.
   
5. To listen to the voicemail through the speaker, select the Speaker icon.
   
6. To respond to a voicemail with a text, select the Messaging icon. To return a call, select the Phone icon.
   
7. To delete the voicemail, select the Delete icon.
   
8. Select the Menu icon for more voicemail features such as Share, Save, Export to file, and Contact details.

9. When a new voicemail is recieved, the Voicemail icon will appear in the Notification bar.
