Bought a new iPhone on July 4. The phone I wanted with extra memory was not in stock, which was fine since it would be delivered the next day. What was not fine, was being told I couldn’t buy the phone outright and thatI had to pay in installments for at least 30 days before I could pay the phone off. This was lie since I paid off the balance of the phone a week later.
Also not fine was the addition of cellphone insurance to my account without discussing it with me and definitely without my permission. I’ve now had to call AT&T three times in the last two mmoneths to ge this removed from my account.
Even less fine was signing me up for the scam of a upgrade program, again without discussion or permission. AT&T wanted me to pay an extra five dollars a month to upgrade my phone when I paid off half of the purchase price!?!? Trying to get this charge removed was part of three calls in two months.
Question to AT&T, did the sales person see thatI I had a corporate discount and decide to take me and my employer for everything he could get on commission? Let it be known, yes, I have a corporate discount, but my employer DOES NOT pay the bill!
Disappointed I have to write the review. MORE disappointed AT&T put the sales rep in the position that he had to do this. When I do the next upgrade to my phone, AT&T can rest assured, it won’t be with AT&T. - July 2, 2020

Great customer service. Travis S., the manager, was very helpful with technical support. He was able to explain things to me so that I, at age 78, could understand. I will definitely see him in a month or two when my Cingular Flip #M3620 is phased out and I need a new phone. - January 15, 2020

This store sold my mentally disabled son a phone and had him sign a 30 month contract. He is not ATT authorized to do anything like this on my account. ATT records confirm this fact. By selling an obviously disabled person a phone and having him sign a contract he couldn’t read let alone understand this store obviously preyed on an innocent, incompetent person for a sale. These people are despicable and should be avoided like the plague. No ethics or integrity .
You should go to an ATT corporate store and avoid this unscrupulous vendor.
