Thank you to Matt who went well above and beyond helping me with an issue I’ve had since Sept. due to AT&T customer service error. While AT&T customer service seems to always be “hit or miss”, Matt’s professionalism, knowledge and commitment to resolving my issue required I visit the store only once. Horrible customer service. Employee doesn’t know product. Argued with me that I’m misinformed with my multiple Apple products and being at&t customer for 25 years. Another employee came out and had zero information as well, and preceded to sit at another table and not even try to help. Giddian raised his voice, demeaning and telling me I’m confused. When I was just in store weeks prior to purchase product I was inquiring on. I had to leave store based on how I was treated and refusal to attempt to learn about their own products. - January 19, 2021

Can't I give one star? Not only terrible customer service from this location but quite possibly the most inept customer service I've ever received. Nevermind, IT IS the WORST customer service I've ever received. They first told me how much I would pay each month by switching ...it was a total lie and ended up being double. Then every time I call to get a resolution on the bill, they tell me I have to talk with a manager BUT they aren't available to talk with me at the moment and they'll call me back. I've called the store probably 50 times over the last 3 months and NOT once has a manager talked with me. These people ALL NEED TO BE FIRED. WILL BE CANCELLING MY MOBILE SERVICE AND JUST BECAUSE I HATE ATT AS A RESULT OF THIS STORE, I'M CANCELLING TV AND INTERNET AS WELL.Response from AT&TJanuary 20, 2021Hello Tom Lisnich,

I usually have a bad experience with AT&T staff, but not today!! Justin was so nice. I made an appointment at 12pm but I got there 10 minutes early ,He still made me feel very welcome.
