Resetting your password
You can change your password if you have forgotten your password or have another reason to change it. Using a strong password can help keep your account information safe. Using at least eight characters and adding capitalization and symbols can help strengthen your password.

From the Sign in screen, tap Forgot password?

Enter in your desired information and tap Continue.
A temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your My AT&T account. You may use this to sign in to your account and change your password in your Profile located in the More options tab.
