1. With FaceTime, you can participate in video calls with other FaceTime users over a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
   
2. To turn FaceTime on, tap Settings > FaceTime. 
   Note: If you need additional help, view Apple support article: If you get an error when trying to activate FaceTime
   
3. To make a FaceTime call, tap Phone.
   
4. Tap Contacts.
   
5. Tap a Contact name.
   
6. Tap the FaceTime icon to make a video call, or tap Phone to make an audio call.
   
7. To quickly access Facetime, tap the Facetime App on your homescreen.
