It wasn't what I really wanted the cord is not long enough. It's a hassles to charge my phone without a extension cord .

The cord is way to short for me. The coil is too tight so if you stretch it, it unplugs.

Stretched to the max for the 3 ft length

to get the 3 ft length you need to expand or stretch the coiled cable part of this item to the point it deforms the cable and it does not recoil and it loses it shape. With the coiled part odf the cable once new it is so strong it will pull your device acrtoss the surface you have it laying on.
I should have purchased a 3 foot straight cable. I will be returning this ASAP. Very unsatisfied...the only reason it has 2 stars is it does actually charge and transfer data,
