I was told when I ordered for the 2nd time (1st time was disaster) I would have unlimited. Now I'm getting messages saying I went over allowed usage. I can't get fuber at my house that's not my fault!

My current Internet 45 service and 5268 gateway is working just fine, but AT&T has sent me a letter saying I must upgrade to Fiber before 11/03/23 or my service will stop on ("or after" 11/03/23 -- they don't say how long after, 3 weeks, 3 years, don't know). Any obvious reason I can't continue to use my 5268, plugging the new ONT Service Box and its Ethernet output into its red ONT port? Looking at the new capabilities of the BGW320, I don't see anything there I would want. Sure would like to avoid the hassle switching gateways would entail.

I have called AT&T to cancel internet 4 times. It is 7:00 pm CT, which is within their customer service hours. After telling them I want to cancel, the phone call gets disconnected. Every. Single. Time. I can see this is AT&T's way of keeping me signed up but it is not okay and is not legal. I am doing everything I'm supposed to do on my end - now it's time for AT&T to do what they are supposed to do: Answer The Phone!!
