Screen protector order canceled by AT&T

I ordered a screen protector because the store didn’t have one and AT&T canceled the Order because they could not verify who I was. Over a $45 screen protector. Then you have the nerve to ask how my experience was? I never got the dang thing. I still need one. Terrible customer service.

Replacements Free?

Another scam by ATT. The replacements are NOT free. We were told by the sales clerk
just bring phone in, they'll replace the screen for free!! We were also told the new phones
we bought were half price but that didn't happen either. After numerous phone calls and time spent telling the story over and over, we did get some off the new phones. After contract is up , I'm searching for a new carrier. Loyalty means nothing to ATT.

Bogus plan as they charge you for replacements

Was told free screens for life under this plan. Apparently, they changed the plan and now you pay for replacememts. So, coverage is just as bad as their promises.
