The product is not the problem

I upgraded two iphones to the 6plus it took almost 3 hours to complete the transactions then I was informed that Apple only allowed one 6plus to be purchased per account; this should have been disclosed from the beginning; the 5c was received last week; I have not activated it. The experience was not a pleasant one.

i do not normally deal the iphone, I have found that people like the Samsung Galaxy better, easier to use.
