Incredible Phone
One of the most intuitive phones I have ever used. Don't be fooled by the size. It fits perfectly in the hand while giving you a humongous screen. A phone and a tablet in one. ¡Increíble!

Why BlackBerry smartphones should have a chance
9 years ago
I bought this phone over a year ago, and I love it. I love the keyboard and the fact that I can hold the phone with both hands to type. I feel as if I am typing on a real keyboard. I also love the the idea of The hub and having everything right there. The camera isn't bad either. There is just so much about this phone that I love especially the size. I can read my whole emails on the whole screen. The phone is large enough, but not to large like that other phone. I plan on buying the silver edition next.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I regret purchasing this phone
I'll make it brief. Light sensor is always mmessing up, battery does not last longer than the iphone like reports said, there are no apps for bblacckberry; not even netflix. Most apps that you can get freeze during use, websites never work properly, the keyboard doubles letters while you type so you have to constantly correct it and since everyone has iphones you can't see a lot of texts because they have it set to imessage. I will get rid of this phone as soon as I can.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Do you carry the silver edition?

A: Hello henneyc
That’s a great question! AT&T is only offering the Blackberry Passport in black, I apologize. I requested feedback to see if any additional colors will be available, and was advised that they are no plans to offer any other color options.
To learn more about the Blackberry Passport, please visit https://www.att.com/support_static_files/manuals/BlackBerry_Passport_SQW100-3.pdf for the user’s manual.

A: Hello dimitrious713
That’s a great question, thank you for asking! AT&T offers a free feature called AT&T Mobile transfer that will allow you to transfer content including contacts, from the Samsung Note 3 to the Blackberry Passport and a few other Blackberry models.
Check out https://www.att.com/shop/apps/mobiletransfer.html?tab=2 for more details and to get started.
Hope this helps!

A: Hello Forsooth,
Thank you for posting your question and interest in the BlackBerry Passport!
Yes, absolutely! For the BlackBerry Passport with Blackberry OS 10, you would use the BlackBerry Link software for Windows which is fully compatible with Windows 7 OS.
For full details on compatibility you can visit the BlackBerry Link for Windows site at http://help.blackberry.com/en/blackberry-link-for-windows/current/help/tom1359418099212.html

Q: will have to re-purchase my Google Play apps from the Amazon App Store to use them on the Blackberry Passport?
1 Answer
A: Hello JayDot-
Great question, thank you for posting! Since you are going from Android operating system to BlackBerry’s operating system, apps will not transfer over. You would need to purchase and reinstall the apps onto the Passport via Blackberry’s app world. If you would like to learn more about the Blackberry Passport, please visit https://www.att.com/support_static_files/manuals/BlackBerry_Passport_SQW100-3.pdf for the user’s manual.

Q: Hi, does the AT&T version of the Passport include the Silver Edition upgrades (metal frame, improved keyboard and cameras, etc.)? Or is it equivalent to the earlier generation of the Passport? Thanks!

A: Hi drw1926,
Thank you for posting your question! I have researched this for you and was not able to find any mention of the Blackberry Passport AT&T offers being the silver edition. The rear facing camera is 13MP and the front camera is 2MP. If you would like to learn more about this model Passport, please visit https://www.att.com/support_static_files/manuals/BlackBerry_Passport_SQW100-3.pdf for the user’s manual.

Q: How is the camera on the passport?
1 Answer
A: Hello Dancemom74
Great question! The Blackberry Passport has a 13MP rear facing camera with autofocus, LED flash, image and video stabilization, and 5-element f/2.0 lens and a 2MP front facing with image and video stabilization and 3x zoom.
You can stop by your local AT&T store and check if they have one on display you can play with to ensure it fits your needs. Please visit https://www.att.com/maps/store-locator.html to find an AT&T store in your area.
Also if you would like to learn more about the Blackberry Passport, check out https://www.att.com/support_static_files/manuals/BlackBerry_Passport_SQW100-3.pdf for the user’s manual.

Q: I have BlackBerry Z10 with data plan, and understand the AT&T Next option as it relates to canceling... My question is how many days do you have to use the new BlackBerry Passport to see if I'll like the new device? Thanks in advance.
1 Answer
A: Hello Syclone1978-
That's a great question and thank you for posting!
You have a 14 days buyer’s remorse period to ensure the device fits your needs. The 14 days starts either when you purchase the device at a store or 14 days from the day it ships out, if ordered online line or over the phone.
Hope this helps!

Q: Can you get Google play store on the black berry passport? Can you watch Netflix on this? And is the 15gb share plan enough data for 4 cells and a home phone /Internet plan?
2 Answers
A: Google play can be installed using an app made by a user Cobalt on crackberry. Netflix will run on it. 15 gigs for 4 cellphones and home Internet? Unless you never game or use the Internet, that will not be enough.
