Verificar la señal de tu teléfono móvil o Wi-Fi
Si tienes problemas como velocidades de datos lentas, llamadas caídas o problemas de audio, tu señal móvil o Wi-Fi puede ser la causa.

Check to see if there is a sufficient mobile signal on the phone by looking at the signal bars in the status bar. Cuanta más barras se muestren, mejor será la conexión.

Check the Wi-fi signal strength. If you are connected to a Wi-fi network, look at the Wi-fi icon in the status bar. If no Wi-fi icon is shown, you may need to connect to a Wi-fi network.
Si el ícono de tu Wi-fi tiene un signo de exclamación, hay un problema con tu conexión. Es posible que tengas que restablecer las configuraciones de red que se muestran en la solución 3.
