Hate this phone.
My husband and I bought the Lumia 900 originally. I cracked my screen really badly so it was replaced with this one. It's a nice idea but the phone is junk. Had it less than a month. Dropped it on hard carpet like at a dr.s office and it chipped the screen. Dropped it again short height and it cracked the screen. I've had at tons of phones that I've drpped o numerous occasions and they've barely scratched. But the Nokia Lumia's crack the screens in almost any fall.
Other than that, the apps are limited. Half the apps I could get on the Lumia 900 don't work for the 920. The phone crashes a lot, has poor battery life, and updating it is a nightmare!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Well built phone for personal and business use. Screen definition much better than advertised. Recent software downloads that are easy to activate have greatly improved overall functioning. Camera is comparable to digital cameras I have owned. Nokia music works excellent with fast downloads. Screen size is easier on eyes and quick checks on photos to insure picture is just right. No comparison to 3s or 4s after a week of use; Nokia just getting in good with smartphone and a more professional appeal than HTC or Apple. Battery, camera and everything else better with each flawless update. Nokia smartphones are here now and will become more popular as users experience them personally and not as one of the present crowd of what was available before Nokia smartphones; With Microsoft security have to be recognized as a safer all around device. Better and user friendly synchronization with desktop. Microsoft 8.1 being developed and will be perfect match with the 920. Maps, location and Nokia drive are second to none.
Yes, I recommend this product.

The battery is terrible until you allow it to fully discharge itself several times. It must completely die. After this the battery goes from dying within 14 hours to only using 15% of it strength in 14 hours. I love this phone and I would refer it to a friend.
Yes, I recommend this product.
