Worst customer service experience ever. I visited your store today. After 1 hour on the waiting list, I was text into the store at 7pm. I wanted to port a number to my existing account. After dilly dallying for an hour, they needed to call business support. Business support stated 5 minute wait. After 10 minutes, your rep stated they may be closed. Went to check with the Manager and came back and told me I would have to come back tomorrow. 2 hours at your store and now come back tomorrow??? Then, as I complained, I asked for the number of the district manager because the manager was obviously involved. The manager refused to provide me an escalation number or have someone call me. - April 3, 2021

Horrible customer service Shawn the manger has horrible customer service I order a phone got the phone went to the store to trade it hunter was so in a rush to get off he just gave me the phone which was the wrong color phone when I noticed it call to bring the phone back to get the right color they wanted me to pay a restocking fee for a phone I did not want in the 1st place they are horrible and rude did I mention hung up in my face as well and told me they can refuse me service as if I was being rude!! First impressions are important. Especially when receiving a cable provider. They don’t use very good communication. They don’t inform you their tech is sick and not coming to the scheduled appointment until after the fact the appointment time is passed. They said I would save money. Bill went up. Now their insurance people won't honor the insurance they talked me into buying. AT&T has gone so far down hill in the last five years.
