Highly Frustrated to Satisfied Customer
I admit I was not enthused with all the trouble that I had getting the new phone. Nor was I happy with the guy at the store who dumped a bunch of monthly charges for services that I did not order on my account without my permission or knowledge on top of the $35 fee that I was aware of to change from my old phone to a new one. As soon as I found out I called customer service. They were so nice and immediately helped me. They were the ones that changed my star rating from a 1 to a 5.
