    I recently called the store, inquiring about issue. As they refuse to sell a phone outright to my sister who is in my account. I try to explain to Tony that my sister bought several phones from them and I never needed to be present as in another state. All that Ive done in the pass is call or received a call to activate her new phone. Tony got very impaciente with me and became rude and was talking down to me. I made sure to let him know that he was very rude and that I've never had anyone ever talk to me the way he did. Employees need to be better trained on phone etiquette. Specially in a small town like El Centro in which the word of mouth goes a long way.

    We are on the road in an RV running away from Winter in Maine. In CA we discovered that we needed more data on our hot spot. We went to this store to increase our data plan. All went well.

    My wife and I are celebrating our 11yr anniversary and I was going to gift her the new iPhone X. When we entered the El centro location we were very excited this changed after being greeted by Diana. Instead of the commonly heard “ Welcome, how may we assist you today” or something similar instead we received “hello, how can I help you what do you guys need or something like that I can’t really remember fully because it threw me off that it came out sounding very short. I answered that we were interested in getting a couple of the new iPhone X. She then said “ok, follow me” she took us to a table and asked us which iPhone were we interested in. I answered still trying to hold my smile “ the iPhone X ..” before I could say anything else she cut me off with “ I know but which one, color, size?!” Rolling her eyes being very rude and short with me. Still I answered calmly “two of 256gb one in silver and one black.” she checked my account and said she was going to check the back. At some point I asked if we could look at the accessories to add and she said in a nicer tone to go ahead. After a few minutes we came back to the table and she was on her phone and looked somewhat frustrated. She then continued to help us and her attitude somehow started to change and seemed nicer towards the end of it. The thing is I was very close to walking out if only I hadn’t just sold my phone prior to going in to the store, I was very close at the beginning of the transaction to just asking for the manager and having someone else help me with my purchase. I purchased a couple of thousand dollars in phones and accessories and was being treated like i was not welcomed there. I don’t know if the salesperson was having a bad day or what but I left feeling very disappointed . If not for my wife that was very happy with her phone I would’ve been very upset.
