Went there on a weeknight (4/14, ~8:30) close to closing and it seemed like a bunch of untrained amateurs was running the store. The guy who claimed he was the manager couldn’t find my previous order to process a warranty exchange, and rather than finding a way or even apologizing, he blamed me for not making sure the sale was under my account. He also questioned whether I had even made the purchase and when I showed him the transaction from my credit card statement and asked him politely to recognize that I wasn’t “claiming” to have made the transaction but had proof, he became irate and threatened to throw me out of the store. This guy who isn’t even the store manager but seemed to relish the power of a “manager” title, is a misogynist and will abuse whatever power is given to him wherever he gets it. He will treat his staff and customers like they owe him something, and gaslight them viciously when they call him out on his inappropriate behavior. As someone who was an executive of a large tech company before retiring and has been in the management game for a while, this kind of employee is toxic—to your staff, to your customer base, to your brand. I believe his name is Antoine, but it was the closing supervisor on the night of 4/14. - February 10, 2021

Have been here multiple times, every time have had a bad experience. They are not helpful. Try to switch lines and no help. Did not try to even help talked to a person for 2 minutes and no help. Walked out very disappointed. - October 16, 2020

This place if full of $#!t. yes again, full of $#!t! The first incident was some time 3 years ago. My wife and I visit the store for new phones, but somehow they talked us into switching plan to have AT&T TV stream to my phone for "free". Later on I found out they charge us $10/month and cancelled it.
About a year ago, we went there to cancel one extra line no longer used, they again cheated on us by offering a deal: change phone number of a line to get a iphone 7 for free. Today, when I went to my online account, I found out they have been charge us $15 per month for it, the real price we are pay for that iphone-7 is $449!!!. a phone was almost 4-generation old at that time with 32-GB storage!!! Nobody would have paid a penny for that.

I have to say both Shiva and Moj were exceptional with their handling of me, an angry customer with a complex situation. I arrived huffing and puffing because of a giant confusion that occurred at an authorized retail store in North San Jose by a crew of incompetent employees who could not explain why my transaction became void. Not only did Shiva and Moj deal with the situation in a calm and professional manner but they could also explain and solve the technical issues I was experiencing. I finally got my iPhone 11 Pro and the rest is history! I highly recommend going to a corporate store not an authorized retailer.
