I just wanted to buy an iPhone 11! I didn’t want to change any of my plans. After politely listening to your salesman, the manager tells me you can’t sell me a new phone because I wanted to pay for the whole thing and not take your 30 month payment plan. Are you kidding me? I have the money and want to buy a phone in full and you won’t sell it to me!!! You wasted my time and then made up an excuse not to sell me a phone just because you couldn’t make more money off of me with a new plan!!! That’s horrible service.
