Have got to be the worst customer service reps iv ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They refused to or rather said they were not allowed to help or guide me through accounts. Stephanie ended up running my credit knowing it would also be ran online. Long story short after 4 hours of nothing I still don't have access to my account due to their incompetency. I wish I could give them both less stars. Very unprofessional and rude.
