    Each time I visit this store, I feel harassed

    - First time, I asked to stand outside for 10 mins while raining (may be for COVID, thats what I believed the first time)
    - Second time, Lady rep was so rude to me on my request and she denied that she cant help, so I called an ATT phone support and forced her to talk to the rep and she was literally pushing me out of the store
    - Third time, "Sales Rep:", Was rude right from the start, Made me stand in front of him and did not even offer me to sit down and took 45 mins - did not complete the request

    My request was - Convert post-paid to pre-paid

    - Either they don't want me to convert my account
    - I am Asian so I had to go through the harassment

    So AFTER BEING ATT customer for 10 years I MOVED TO T-MOBILE, mostly because of the bad customer service

    I had a 4pm appointment today and had to drive across town and then pick up my daughter. Only to walk in and after a long wait to even be acknowledged be told that we did not have a appointment by Monica, the supervisor. She said she would take us. I told her that I made the appointment yesterday with a man at her store. After waiting close to 50 minutes, we were not helped and left. There were several people, 5 employees working and when she finally decided to sit down and help a customer,again after us waiting nearly 50 minutes for the 4pm appointment I scheduled, we were not helped. THIS STORE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I am going to let the corporate AT&T office know. The problem with both of our Apple phones that we got through that store, are still not working correctly, because they never helped us. We will instead go to the Apple store. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ***This makes you rate them by stars and will not let you not give any stars so to put this rating on here, you have to put a star. THEY GET NO STARS FROM US***

    These guys are absolutely useless. I needed to get my account moved to a new phone. I had heard all these ads about ATT making sure that your data would be transferred safely and completely. Don't believe it. They couldn't give a rat's a** about taking care of you. When I asked about transferring my data - they said that that didn't do that and gave me the name of an app that might help. All these guys did was transfer my SIM card from one phone to the other. I understand we are in a pandemic, I made an appointment with this store to get help. All I heard is "we can't help you" and you have to do it yourself!! I've been an ATT mobile phone customer for over 25 years- maybe it is time to move.

    If I could give a 0 star I would. Beware of this store, they don't follow their business hours and close the store early. I was there last night (11/17) at 7:46pm with my father who is 85 years old. The doors were locked and guy working there had me wait out in the rain for 7 min before he came to open the door to tell me they had closed early due to shirt satffing, I asked why didnt he call his Supervisor to provide coverage and he said "she left 10 min ago", a Supervisor leaves the store early when they are already short staffed?? It seems they think they can make these decisions arbitrarily as if the store was their private business. I call today and no one picks up?! They should just close the store if they don;t have people who want to work their shifts and don't care about customers.

    Terrible customer service, Phone connection is bad, not good with Business contracts. WiFi is good connections, and Tv service is good.
