    I have mixed feelings about this review. We left the store half excited with our upgrade and at the same time a bit disappointed with our experience.

    I have been with AT&T for almost 15 years now and I have come to this store for all my upgrades. I currently have 5 phones in this service and obviously paying a lot of money.

    As soon as we walked in the service rep named Allan told us that they only have the green phones. I told him we came yesterday and they told us you also have the gold phone. He want back inside and came out with the gold phone. So I asked him again are you sure you don’t have the space gray? He didn’t like that I was second guessing him. So we moved on upgrading the phone and there were all sorts of issues with their tablets that delayed our upgrade. First we found out I am paying for a service I shouldn’t be and his reaction was ok I’ll remove it. He couldn’t tell me how long was I paying for it or will I get compensated for it. I asked for a breakdown of what my fees would look like and I was told “I keep telling you over and over again that it will not be accurate.” He also told me to look it up myself online. The supervisor was able to give that to me with no issues. He said that I was giving him a hard time since I walked in and that he was able to help get a better rate. I told him “isn’t that what your supposed to do? “ he said no. At this point I am already losing my temper and asked for the supervisor. Her name is Jae. She immediately descaled the situation and gave me what I needed in no time and was able to email me my service breakdown. Jae did an awesome job taking care of us. Allan the very rude and sarcastic service rep seems like a smart young man that’s a bit sensitive and doesn’t understand good customer service. It is not about him and his feelings but it’s the customers. He needs to learn not to take things so seriously and not feel being attacked if given feedback. I have no doubt he will learn from this experience under the supervision of Jae.

    In the past, I leave this store happy and excited with my purchase but I can’t say the same today. Yesterday was my wife’s birthday and she wanted a new phone as a gift. She left the store stressed out, disappointed and not excited with her purchase. She felt that it was not worth spending our hard earned money in this store. Like I said mixed feelings. Don’t know how many stars to put. Just settled for 3 since the supervisor Jae was great.

    I waited for 15 min and watched sevral employees walk right by me to help customers who came in after me. Yes im an 6foot3 300lb black man and I felt it when i came in and I felt like they eventually helped me because They noticed me getting annoyed. Another customer stopped me on the way out and saw the same thing. Especially the manager with the filthy looking beard.
