    I have been an at&t customer for 20 years. I have a galaxy s6 looking to upgrade to a newer model. Also not sure how to clear storage for almost filled memory. The sales girl was happy to help me with the features of a new phone. Not so helpful with my storage issue on my phone.I know they are not a tech support store but should be committed to helping long time customers. Service has gone down hill at this store. I was in a few years ago and had great customer service. Not now..

    I went to this store Monday and was verbally abused by another customer in the store that I did not know. He accused me of stalking him for the purpose of joining a gang. I am almost 70 years old. Really is there a geriatrics gang running around Colorado Springs? No one came to my assistant despite the foul language being addressed to me. I had to wait another 10 minutes to be served and was so frazzled, I couldn't find my coupon for the 50% off for a cover and screen protector for the new phone I just bought. I am now afraid to go back to this store that allows thugs to abuse customers.

    I ordered a phone which was shipped to me. It arrived damaged. After 2 calls to separate AT&T reps, I was told I could exchange the phone at an AT&T store. I went to the Cheyenne Mountain Blvd store (because it is a corporate store) and the sales rep, Jorge, tried to help. When he talked to his managers, he was told that they would not accept a return of damaged equipment since the order was placed by phone. When I asked to speak to a manager, a woman came out and was anything but customer service oriented. I explained I had spoken with 2 AT&T customer service reps who said I could do an exchange in store; she said they were wrong. She refused to help, was disrespectful, denigrating and downright rude. She didn't offer to call AT&T for me to help facilitate a return and when I asked about calling myself to get someone to explain to her that I could return the phone in store, she effectively escorted us out as if we were criminals. Truly, if this is the customer service experience that AT&T stores offer, I'm surprised they still are in business. As a customer since the mid-1990s, I'm seriously looking to switch my accounts - thanks Cheyenne Mountain Blvd.

    Would give less than one star if I could. I was most definitely talked into a plan and supposed buy one get one free watch that was not buy one get one on my bill the following month. I was told my bill would jump about $20-$30 with $10 watch service fee $15 insurance fee and taxes. My bill jumped from $126 to $200 a month and when i went in to discuss this they stated there was nothing they could do thats just what the bill is. So lied to and now stuck with a bill im screwed with or return all my items and leave att. Which im about to do. I have been with att for over 10 years and the service isnt even great. Welcome to 2021 where lying is second nature for businesses. Mitchell and Gabriel were the ones that convinced me this was such a great deal i returned my already purchased in full apple watch to apple store.
