I ordered a phone which was shipped to me. It arrived damaged. After 2 calls to separate AT&T reps, I was told I could exchange the phone at an AT&T store. I went to the Cheyenne Mountain Blvd store (because it is a corporate store) and the sales rep, Jorge, tried to help. When he talked to his managers, he was told that they would not accept a return of damaged equipment since the order was placed by phone. When I asked to speak to a manager, a woman came out and was anything but customer service oriented. I explained I had spoken with 2 AT&T customer service reps who said I could do an exchange in store; she said they were wrong. She refused to help, was disrespectful, denigrating and downright rude. She didn't offer to call AT&T for me to help facilitate a return and when I asked about calling myself to get someone to explain to her that I could return the phone in store, she effectively escorted us out as if we were criminals. Truly, if this is the customer service experience that AT&T stores offer, I'm surprised they still are in business. As a customer since the mid-1990s, I'm seriously looking to switch my accounts - thanks Cheyenne Mountain Blvd. - February 16, 2021

Would give less than one star if I could. I was most definitely talked into a plan and supposed buy one get one free watch that was not buy one get one on my bill the following month. I was told my bill would jump about $20-$30 with $10 watch service fee $15 insurance fee and taxes. My bill jumped from $126 to $200 a month and when i went in to discuss this they stated there was nothing they could do thats just what the bill is. So lied to and now stuck with a bill im screwed with or return all my items and leave att. Which im about to do. I have been with att for over 10 years and the service isnt even great. Welcome to 2021 where lying is second nature for businesses. Mitchell and Gabriel were the ones that convinced me this was such a great deal i returned my already purchased in full apple watch to apple store. - December 30, 2020

I went to get a new phone during the holiday season. I had to wait over 24 hours without service with my original phone due to a computer issue. I then got the new phone which is defective. I went to exchange the phone for a new phone that isn’t defective. The manager Gabriel and Destiny both refused to exchange my phone even though I was within the holiday exchange period. The phone is in perfect condition. Terrible customer service, I shouldn’t have to go to apple to exchange a brand new phone for a refurbished one when I’m still in my return period.Response from AT&TJanuary 19, 2021Hi Shawn H. Terrible service. The AT&T kiosk at Target is way better. Plus they are right next door lol. Why these people are rude and full of themselves is beyond me. No empathy and 0 awareness. They must not like making money. They should close this store immediately. I would never want to go back again. None of my friends will either because they already told me about this place. I was about to buy my family the all new iPhone 12 plus but his breath smelled so bad I left and went straight to Verizon. What an ugly beard too with food in it. I was embarrassed for him.
