Worst customer service ever ! Tried to upgrade our phone last weekend, and the sales guy that unfortunately I forgot the name, was very rude since we stepped in the store and I can tell you he definitely should not be working on that position. Long story short, after his lack of effort, help and clear information, we left the store and did this upgrade at the Fort Myers store. Horrible service Bought an iPhone here and needed to transfer information from old phones. They are only there to sell. Because of their incompetence we did not have service for 3 days on either phone and they said because we didn’t know passwords. The passwords were correct !!! The problem was they were setting the phones up incorrectly. Your manager or who ever the woman was that stuck her nose in knew nothing except how to embarrass us. We do not have time to sit in a store for hours and still not have service. After 3 days we returned the phone and went across the street to Verizon. They have buy 1 iPhone and get one free. Within 1 hour we had new phones, they transferred all our info to both phones and we were up and running with Verizon. I would like to point out our Verizon service is perfect. Half the time our service with att did not work in the house. Please feel free to contact us There is more that went on but think this gives you a pretty good picture of our experience. I called Customer Service was transferred & Talked to five (5) Different so called Representatives Re; my Issue with my watch three (3) Three & a half HOURS later the Rep . said they were transferring me to someone who could handle this issue, I waited approx.1 Hour & finally hung up , P.S. The third rep. I could hear children screaming & a male voice yelling @ the Children This is Not Acceptable with Me for such a Fine Company as At&T. I went to the store @ Coconut Point, in Estero,Fl. My issue was handled by Manager Bobby Elliott extremely Professionally, Mr. Elliot solved my Issue within (15) MINUTES & corrected the other issues the other so called 5 Reps screwed up , Bobby Elliot is my Hero & he should without a Doubt be Recognized for his Courteous & Professional Knowledge of your Products. I & My Wife have (2) Watches, (2) I Phones & (2) I Pads. I almost canceled our Contract with AT&T I was so Upset. P.S. My wife has Parkinson;s Disease & has Trip & Fall Issues She has had to use Fire & EMS Services because of this This is why I made this purchase of watches for its 2 way walkie-Talkie & also for its fall notifying , Emergency PersonelResponse from AT&TAugust 8, 2020Hello Norm P.
